Orientation Day is going to be on the 22nd of February. It starts at 10 a.m. — please, come in time. The meeting point is at the Erasmus Office of the Faculty of Science Charles University in Prague (3rd floor). You can get there by tram to stop Botanická zahrada or you can take metro C to I.P. Pavlova station and then 1 km walk (downhill). You will get to know where the faculty buildings, lecture rooms, libraries and cafeteria (menza) are. You will also get enrolled in the faculty student system. Moreover, you’ll get to know about the activities prepared by Erasmus Club in Summer Semester. Group A are students of geography and geology (you got an e-mail with a list of names) 10:00 — 11:30 ERASMUS Office — student affairs 11:30 — 13:00 Trip around the Faculty (buildings, lecture rooms, PC rooms, libraries etc.) Group B are students of biology and chemistry (you got an e-mail with a list of names) 10:00 — 11:30 Trip around the Faculty (buildings, lecture rooms, PC rooms, libraries etc.) 11:30 — 13:00 ERASMUS Office — student affairs After 1 pm (13:00) there will be program organised by Erasmus Club of the Faculty of Science: We will go to the cafeteria (menza) for a lunch or a snack. Around 2 pm we’ll go to the student’s club Mrtvá Ryba (located next to the Botanical garden — see “PřF UK studentský klub” on this map). There you will get to know about events organised by Erasmus Club and meet Erasmus students from winter semester and Czech students from Erasmus Club. We are looking forward to meeting you!
