Easter evening for international students

Spring is in full bloom and with it… Easter is coming!
But are you prepared for Czech Easter? Do you know what is ‘pomlázka’ and ‘kraslice’? Do you want to know how Easter is celebrated here in Czech Republic?
So come on the next Thursday — April 17th, from 7 p.m. in Chladič Club (map) and you will find out!
First we will screen a short presentation about origin of Easter and about a part of the huge variety of czech Easter traditions — you will see, some of them are really bizarre! And you will have a chance to experience some of these traditions by yourself.  A traditional technique of egg wax colouring will be demonstrated, with a possibility to decorate your own egg afterwards. And then… But that’s a surprise!
Come and you will see!
Czech Easter cakes included!
